    痛并着痛,一点也不快乐

         西安的宣讲结束了,超乎想象的是,传说中的西安建筑科技大学并没有给我们想要的惊喜,却给我们了另一个“惊喜”,确实来晚了。
         通常12月初还是校园招聘的高峰,可今年这些企业不知道是吃了什么药,一窝蜂的提前出动,别的行业暂且不说,光是地产公司,不论是时间上还是效率上较往年都有了质的提高,是默契?是巧合?还是市场情况的促使?是否意味着明年时间同样的提前,提前的原因究竟是为什么?这绝对不是巧合,也绝对不是赶时髦,是市场的驱动,行业的要求,至少我认为,这次花样年所谓“敏锐的洞察力”的优势并没有实现,而导致这一切的,也正是我们—HR。这留下的绝对不是经验,而是惨痛的教训。
         今年,房地产市场竞争速度加剧,行业的迅速发展,各大公司全国化战略的成熟,终究意味着从今年开始,他们必须进行大量的人员储备以满足公司未来三到五年的发展要求,为了强占先机,任何人都会认为主动出击,是出奇制胜的绝佳方法,提前进入,意味着优质生源的垄断和巨大的选择面。
         而我们,现在面对其他企业留下的残羹冷栉,却没有了任何脾气,至少在今天,我认为自己是个失败者,而且一败涂地。
         埋头做事却没有抬头看天,只知行动却忽略了思考,我不得不承认这点,我们丢掉了人力资源最基本的东西,那就是思考。人力资源需要根据市场、企业战略、业务发展等多项因素的变化进行及时政策变更,人力资源是最不能一成不变的东西,一招不慎,满盘皆输。再次想到自己,真的是我无能吗?真希望多点时间留给自己,留给我去思考,去仰望蓝天。
